The total content is around 90 minutes. Most women work through one step at a time over a few days, or complete the whole Reset over a weekend. There's no rush and no right way.

No. The Inner Stability Reset is a self-paced coaching and practise programme. It is not therapy. If you are currently in acute mental health crisis I'd encourage you to seek support from a licensed professional alongside or before joining.

Hi I’m Jess,
A Resilience and Self-Leadership Coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and the founder of the Inner Stability Method.
I'm also a mum of two, running two businesses, in a season of life that is genuinely full on. I still feel overwhelmed sometimes. I still have moments of stress. I haven't arrived somewhere perfect and I'm not teaching from a distance.
