This day retreat is an opportunity to slow down, find presence, and reconnect with your centre. Through yoga, breathwork, sound, journaling, and meditation, we’ll create space to feel grounded, nourished, and more in tune with what really matters.

Yoga, at its heart, is a practice of self-love, inner strength, and deep listening—and this retreat is a chance to return to that.

Hi I’m Jess, 

I’m a wellbeing and life coach, yoga teacher, and retreat leader. I support individuals who feel stressed, disconnected, or overwhelmed to master their inner world, build emotional resilience, and cultivate a more positive, empowered sense of self. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves on a deeper level so they can be prescriptive with their practice and feel more like themselves again.

I believe we all have an innate capacity to feel calm, confident, and connected—but modern life often pulls us away from that. My work is about helping you return to yourself. Through practical tools, compassionate guidance, and powerful mindset shifts, I support you in understanding your inner world so you can move through life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity.

Whether it’s through coaching, movement, retreats or journaling, I’ll help you create the space to pause, reflect, and realign—so you can live in a way that feels true to who you are, not who you think you should be. This work is about remembering your inner strength, quieting the noise, and creating a life that feels steady, nourishing, and fully yours.

Do I need to have any yoga experience?
All levels are welcome but some yoga experience is recommended.


Do I need to bring anything?
Bring a pen and paper as I’ll be guiding you through journal prompts.


What is the refund policy?
You can have a full refund up to 3 weeks before the event. If it’s within three weeks you can pass your place on to a friend.
