Hi I’m Jess,
I’m a wellbeing and life coach, yoga and meditation teacher . My passion is helping people manage stress and anxiety, elevate their minds, and live more heart-connected lives. I’m dedicated to supporting others in feeling grounded and resilient so they can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease - feeling like they are truly living rather than surviving.
In my early twenties, I struggled with stress and anxiety that led to five years of insomnia. Through CBT, yoga, and mindfulness, I was able to overcome those challenges—transforming my mindset, nervous system, and inner world. This journey set me on a path of continuous growth and self-discovery.
Today, I commit to increasing self-awareness, mastering my mind, elevating the feeling in my body, and gaining clarity—so I can live a more positive, balanced, and aligned life. I believe that we all have the capacity to thrive, but it takes practical tools and consistent practices to reach and maintain that state. This is what I am passionate about helping you unlock.
