From Chaos to Clarity

Your practice is working. But life doesn't feel any different.

A free 45-minute masterclass for the curious woman who is ready to stop being moved around by life and start moving through it with intention.

“Jess’ mindfulness and meditation classes are the biggest support to my mental and emotional wellbeing.

I do one of her classes almost every day and they help me carve out the space I need, regulate my emotions, and cultivate self-awareness. She’s just the most fantastic teacher.”

Tuesday 19 May, 8pm UK time. Free to attend. Replay available for 72 hours.

In this masterclass I will walk you through the Inner Stability framework. The four-step approach I have used in my own life and taught to many women. This isn't just nervous system work. It's the layer underneath the thoughts, the stories, the beliefs that are quietly running the show.

You will leave with a real understanding of what is driving your inner chaos and at least one practice you can use immediately. If it resonates, I will share how you can go deeper.

This is for you if you know there's a steadier, more intentional version of yourself available and you're ready to find her.

this is for you if. . .

  • You've built a practice — meditation, yoga, journaling — and yet there's a layer it doesn't quite reach

  • You're in a season of change, transition or uncertainty, and you can feel the old ways of meeting it aren't enough

  • You're not in crisis — you're curious. You know there's a steadier, more intentional version of you available and you want to find her

  • You know there's a steadier, more intentional version of yourself available and you're ready to find her

  • Or some days, you do feel like a pinball in your own mind and you know there's a more grounded way to meet it

WhAT YOU WILL walk away with

1. The Inner Stability framework — a four-step approach you can return to in every season, hard or good. Yours to keep.

2. The layer underneath the practice — what's actually shaping how you feel, react and respond, and why working at this layer is what changes everything.

3. One practice you can use the same night — something concrete and simple. Not theory.

4. A clearer sense of what's possible — when your inner world supports the life you're building, not just helps you manage it.

What People Are Saying about working with Jess. . .

Working with Jess has been transformational in the way that I respond to the word and see the world.

The exercises I learnt from Jess were easy to understand, simple to put into practice and immediately helped me. I’m generally a very optimistic and positive person but hands down attending Jess’s course changed how I reacted, processed and responded to difficulties in my life. Thank you Jess.”

- CRISTA -

“The course that I did with Jess has had a massive affect on how I live my life day to day.

I've been practicing and learning from Jess for over 8 years and she’s helped me feel more connected to myself, grounded and manage stress more efficiently. If you're looking to build a deeper connection with yourself and a more positive mind, I can't recommend working with Jess enough.”

- BETH -

“Jess has been such a positive influence on my life. Her guidance and teachings has led me to make the most positive changes for me and my life. I have such abundance in my life because of Jess. She continues to inspire me to do this work as a self-practice and I’m really seeing the positive affects flitter out into each day. If you’re looking to create a positive shift and uplift your life Jess is a wonderful teach to support with that.”

Hi I’m Jess,

A Resilience and Self-Leadership Coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and the founder of the Inner Stability Method.

I'm also a mum of two, running two businesses, in a season of life that is genuinely full on. I still feel overwhelmed sometimes. I still have moments of stress. I haven't arrived somewhere perfect and I'm not teaching from a distance.

What I have is a framework I come back to over and over again. In the hard seasons and in the good ones. When I'm struggling and when I'm thriving. This isn't something I only reach for when things fall apart. It's how I live. I've done a lot of work on my relationship with my thoughts and my nervous system. I work at it every single day.
