We begin with a live coaching call on Zoom - Wednesday 1st July at 8pm.

All live calls are recorded and uploaded to the course platform. You’ll have full access to rewatch them in your own time. Nothing is missed.

There is roughly one hour of core content per week, with some weeks slightly lighter or deeper depending on the module.
You’ll also be integrating practices and completing workbook reflections. Most women spend 2–3 hours per week in total, including daily micro-practices.
The course is designed to feel spacious rather than overwhelming. Many of the tools become part of your natural rhythm, rather than something extra to add.

You receive immediate access and move through the program week by week. Each module builds intentionally on the previous one, creating a steady and cumulative shift.
You’ll have access for a full year, allowing you to revisit modules and deepen the work. Many women move through the material more than once.
Bi-weekly live calls and the community space provide accountability, reflection and integration.
There is no rush. You can move at your own pace.

No. I am not a therapist and this programme is not therapy.
The Inner Stability Method is a structured coaching programme focused on nervous system regulation, mindset work and embodied practice. Many women find the work therapeutic because it supports emotional processing and deeper self-awareness, but it is designed as coaching and personal development rather than clinical treatment.
If you are currently in acute mental health crisis, I recommend seeking support from a licensed professional alongside or before joining.

Hi I’m Jess,
I’m a Resilience and Self-Leadership Coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and the creator of The Inner Stability Method.
For over a decade, I’ve guided women in regulating their nervous systems, reshaping limiting patterns and leading themselves with clarity and steadiness in all seasons of their life.
My work blends nervous system science, conscious reflection and deeper belief work with embodied practice. It’s about building the internal foundations that allow you to collaborate with your mind, rather than be ruled by it and to respond to life with confidence rather than reactivity.
Like many of the women I work with, I once struggled with stress and anxiety that deeply affected my wellbeing. I’m not immune to these feelings, but learning how to regulate my body and rewire my internal narratives transformed not only my mental state, but how I respond to life.
Today, I teach structured, practical tools that create lasting change. Helping capable women build resilience, trust themselves deeply and take aligned action from a place of clarity and steadiness.
