Hi I’m Jess, 

I’m a wellbeing and life coach, yoga and meditation teacher . My passion is helping people manage stress and anxiety, elevate their minds, and live more heart-connected lives. I’m dedicated to supporting others in feeling grounded and resilient so they can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.

In my early twenties, I struggled with stress and anxiety that led to five years of insomnia. Through CBT, yoga, and mindfulness, I was able to overcome those challenges—transforming my mindset, nervous system, and inner world. This journey set me on a path of continuous growth and self-discovery.

Today, I commit myself to increasing self-awareness, mastering my mind, elevating my thoughts, and understanding my body—so I can live a more positive, balanced life. I believe we all have the capacity to thrive, but we need practical tools and practices to get there—and to stay there. That’s what I’m passionate about helping you unlock.
