Hi I’m Jess,
I’m a wellbeing and life coach, and a yoga and meditation teacher. I support people in managing stress and anxiety, grounding their nervous systems, and creating more clarity, ease, and connection in their lives.
In my early twenties, I struggled with stress and anxiety that led to years of insomnia. Through practices such as CBT, yoga, and mindfulness, I learned how to work with both my nervous system and my mindset — transforming my inner world and how I respond to life.
Today, my work is rooted in helping others build self-awareness, inner steadiness, and practical tools they can return to again and again. I believe meaningful change comes from consistency, compassion, and learning how to take charge of your inner world in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
